HR Executive to join our team at Surat, Gujarat. The Executive (HR) will be responsible for providing assistance in Talent Acquisition & Talent Development role. We are looking for Fresher or 1 year or less than 1 year of experience in this field.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Supports Talent Acquisition Manager for full execution of recruitment cycle (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration

Responsible for ensuring that staff in her or his department is responsible for following the procedures and guideline of the organization.

Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process

Responsible for successful On-Boarding and initial orientation of newly hired employees

Maintaining Employee personnel files

Provide assistance in preparing, facilitating, monitoring, evaluating and documenting Learning and Development activities in the company.

Supervising and monitoring progress report of annual training plans as per training calendar and individual learning plans

Keeping a track and report of Training effectiveness

Conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey

Need Based Support in Employee Engagement activities

Qualifications / Required Skills:

MBA / MHRD /MLW or any equivalent qualification in Human Resource field and B Tech / BE (Any Specialization) will be an added advantage

Strong organizational and administrative skill that reflect ability to perform seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Strong English communication and people management

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Be a pro-active, self-motivated, self-starter who is action oriented and drives for results.

Foster a collaborative, team-based approach.
