Responsibilities and Duties

Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social

engagements. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers for all Visiting faculties.

Maintain Data for all visiting faculty and up keep of the tracker.

All operational work related to hiring of Visiting and contract faculty.

Responsible for Invoice and payment follow up of visiting faculty.

Networking with potential senior candidate and counselling for possible association.

Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent Communication Skills and an ability to source manpower for complex and unique positions.

Works to understand the higher education industry on a global scale;

understands that different laws and regulations govern global operations; understands

that different approaches work in different places.

formulates strategy on products & services, anticipates and is

responsive to industry market trends by strategic decision making; clearly communicates

the vision how, why and when and has enough buy-in down the line in the Academy.
