Job Description

Job Summary: The HR cum Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and

employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role combines front-

desk responsibilities with HR administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of

the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

ption Duties:

o Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.

o Customer visit preparations, including coordinating schedules, arranging

meeting spaces, and ensuring hospitality requirements are met.

o Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

o Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.

o Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Support:

o Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding processes.

o Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

o Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training

sessions.

o Handle inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

nistrative Tasks:

o Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies inventory.

o Prepare reports and presentations as required.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

∙Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

∙Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.

∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∙Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.

∙Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
