Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive, to manage our company recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. The responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team.

Responsibilities and duties

Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitments.

Familiarity with the Recruitment life cycle- 60% IT recruitment and 40% Generalist Role.

Strong experience in Compliance, Performance Management, Employee Retention, Employees Compensation, etc.

Travel Management, Expense Management, Vendor Management, Handling General Queries & regular routine office management.

Manage all the Administration related works on daily basis.

Looking after day to day office activities, record attendance.

Willingness to work beyond the call of duty.

Skills and requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Quick Learner with a flexible attitude.

Hands on experience of working with MS-Office.

Should be a fast learner and be presentable.
