Job Description

• Coordinate new hire onboarding - sending out and coordinating calendar invites, preparing onboarding schedules based on presenter availability, order tech kits (laptop, headset, etc) online, coordinate new hire communications over email, coordinate issuing tech licenses (salesforce, gong, outreach, etc), coordinating swag orders

• Team social and event coordination - QBR planning, restaurant and venue booking, RSVP tracking, travel coordination for team members outside of GTA

• Keeping team HR documentation updated (efficient with excel and easily learns new software platforms)

• Keeping team intranet page updated with up-to-date links

• Organized and good communication skills (to be able to coordinate with new hires, existing talent, and external stakeholders for general team coordination)

• Ability to work in North American hours (EST) and be able to send out offer letters

• Someone with good communication skills, is organized, and is skilled in administrative tasks
