Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with students internally and externally.

- Fetch the requirements on a weekly basis from different portals.

- Help students with their resumes preparation and follow up with the students.

- Collecting databases and generating links for tier 1 and tier 2 companies .- Maintaining perks and benefits of the team.

- Generating salary and maintaining attendance record.

- Conducting activity to motivate the team.

- Develop links for new hiring process implementation.

- Off-role link building.

- Understanding the job description.

- Handling manpower outsourcing.

- Helping candidates trained at NG with their placement.

- Using LinkedIn resourcefully.
