Responsibilities Of Candidates Includes:
* Supervise The Housekeeping Services And Ensure The Cleanliness Of Office.
* Ensure Maintenance Of Office Discipline.
* Assign Duties To Support Staff And Maintain Discipline In The Office.
* Maintain Records Of All Contract Employees And Coordinate With Labor Contractors.
* Coordinate With Vendors For AMC's Of AC, Generator Etc. Maintain Records And Ensure To Renew AMC's Before Expiration.
* Look For Different Vendors To Get The Most Affordable AMC Services.
* Call Candidates For Interview And Make Necessary Arrangements For All Types Of Interviews (Face To Face, Telephonic, Etc.)
* Maintain & Update Personnel File Of All Employees.
* Conduct Induction Program For All New Joinees.
* Make Necessary Arrangements For Conducting Training For Employees & Ensure To Take Feedback From Employees.
* Collect And Check Attendance Of Employees. Process Salary As Per Schedule.
* Ensure Deduction Of All Statutory Compliance & Provide PF/ESI Details To Consultant For Further Process
* Maintain And Update All The Records/Reports And Provide To Manager As And When Required.
* Arrangement Of Company Events
* SERVICE COORDINATION
* Along With HR Activities, Candidate Must Have To Handle Our Service Activities Also
* Register The Service Calls On Portal And Close The Same
* To Prepare Service & AMC Quotation & Negotiate With The Customer
* Assign Technicians For Service Calls
*Close The Complaints Registered By Customer
* Tracking Customer Service Record
