About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide support with orientation and new hire activities to ensure best candidate experience
2. Partner with team to prepare for school visits and events
3. Complete ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as requested
4. Generate Recruiting Statistics reports any other ad hoc report that may be needed
5. Responsible for temporary hiring (warehouse positions)
6. Preparing and ensuring all the paper work and document files are completed for new employment
7. Researching different recruiting channels to discover diverse pool of new candidates
8. Assists the recruiting team in the entire recruiting process including reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screens and references, and preparing information and offer packets
9. Provides support for the Human Capital Client Services team via employee e-mail requests and via phone
10. Conducts research for special projects
11. Take telephonic interview
