Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle routine labour relations and human resource inquiriesrelated to
policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements, refers complex matters to
appropriate management staff. Serves as the initial contact and liaison for
intake and assessment of employee complaints.
Knowledge of all Labour Laws & Compliance under the Law.
Excellent knowledge of Statutory compliance PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, PF
Claims etc.
Should be responsible for all type of liasioning process.
Look after admin work of factory
Look after attendance management of factory staff & workers.
Must have excellent knowledge of MS-Excel.
