- Foster relationships with industry professionals, organizations, and educational institutions to strengthen the company's presence in the market.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align business development efforts with overall organizational goals.

3. Talent Acquisition:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organization.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.

- Build a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive networking and engagement.

4. Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
