As an Executive-Human Resource you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Participating in assignment allocation, managing employees and creating work schedules.
• Ensuring compliance of policies and processes office and other work places of the group companies
• Manage the recruitment and selection process of all branches, offices and companies.
• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing, placing job ads, interviewing, onboarding and training
• Conducting new employee orientations, employee relations counseling and training
• Maintaining department records and reports, handling HR generalist responsibilities along with Admin roles
• Plan, participating and conduct staff meetings and trainings
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal, incentive system and other benefit programs that drives high performance
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Overseeing exit interviews
• Regular visits in all office branches and ensuring the smooth work environment
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
