As an Executive-Human Resource you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Participating in assignment allocation, managing employees and creating work schedules.
Ensuring compliance of policies and processes office and other work places of the group companies
Manage the recruitment and selection process of all branches, offices and companies.
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing, placing job ads, interviewing, onboarding and training
Conducting new employee orientations, employee relations counseling and training
Maintaining department records and reports, handling HR generalist responsibilities along with Admin roles
Plan, participating and conduct staff meetings and trainings
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal, incentive system and other benefit programs that drives high performance
Nurture a positive working environment
Overseeing exit interviews
Regular visits in all office branches and ensuring the smooth work environment
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
