Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated, highly driven & self-motivated candidate to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling open positions. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through employment portals, database, and social media, conducting interviews, maintaining database, negotiating offers & closing positions within deadlines.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment portals, social media, etc.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors etc. Understand the reason behind rejection of a candidate & screen future candidates accordingly.
• Offer negotiation & closing position.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
• Masters degree in Human Resources
• At least one year of experience in recruitment highly preferred
