As a L1 HR Recruiter (HRA) at WWS you will handle the recruitment process of the company in search of the proper candidates to hire. A key element of this position is the ability to attract quality candidates and to match the best candidate to the right position. You should be able to research and identify new business opportunities. Besides, you should be able to develop ad-hoc pitches and effective business plans. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients.
What We Expect
Master’s Degree in Administration.
Minimum of 1 year experience, preferably with Recruitment.
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.

Upgradation of strategies. Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies alongside oversee and understand social media strategies that would presume to be a good fit for both company as well as market.
Recruitment and Hiring. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport on recruiting strategies.
Interview Assessments. Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging and escorting applicants to interviews; Assisting them and educating them on process of recruitment and assessments.
Establishing policies. Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
Act on uate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
