Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
o Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
2. Employee Engagement:
o Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
o Conduct feedback surveys to assess staff satisfaction and suggest improvements.
3. Training & Development:
o Support training programs for new employees, including orientation and skill development sessions.
o Help maintain training records and materials.
4. HR Administration:
o Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies.
o Support payroll and attendance tracking.
5. Compliance & Policies:
o Assist in ensuring adherence to labor laws and industry regulations.
o Help update and communicate HR policies to the team.
6. Performance Management:
o Assist in coordinating performance reviews and compiling employee evaluations.
o Provide insights and suggestions for performance improvement plans.
