• Induction and Orientation of new employees

• Training & Development

• Initial screening of the profiles, Coordinating the interviews

• Preparing offer letters, Salary fitment, Appointment Letter

• Keeping track of the vacancies and status,

• Performance Management, Preparing Monthly, and quarterly MIS reports,

• Good communication and negotiation

• Manage all process documents,

• Payroll
