Position Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager HR Generalist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
Certification in HR (., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
