* Role: Responsible for assisting the ceo, managing records, monitoring the emails, drafting communications on their behalf, project documentation, planning and organising meetings and their travel, work with word excel powerpoint, designing digital posters, looking after promotions, coordination with teams, following up projects, report status to ceo, following up our website, scheduling and participating social work programs, conferences, seminars etc with compulsory occasional travelling sometimes to follow up projects, seminars, conferences, social works 's an office desk job having occasional travelling.

* Qualification: Graduates preferred with proficiency in basic computer and little knowledge of web technologies like html etc. Pursuing graduation or diploma or higher can alsoapply. Little experienced and freshers can apply too.

* Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

* Office duty hours: Mon - Fri (10:00am-6:30pm), Sat (10:00am-02:00pm).
