We are looking for an Female HR Assistant to lead our Digital Marketing and Web Development company's recruitment, employee development, and learning initiatives while providing essential administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate HR activities, such as meetings, interviews, and schedules.
Support the recruitment process by reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
Maintain employee data for each department.
Supervise daily HR department operations.
Provide administrative support, managing office tasks, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative duties.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office.
Strong communication skills.
