Key Responsibilities:

Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assessment and Selection: Administer and analyze assessment tests, conduct in-depth interviews, and assist hiring managers in making informed selection decisions.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and a professional recruitment process.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends.
Employer Branding: Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.
Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Use data to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
