Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze employee data, including payroll information, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
Implement relevant HR metrics to assess the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
Analyze data and statistics to identify trends related to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
Optimize and implement new data processes and systems to enhance HR analytics.
Compile data reports and present findings to senior managers.
Identify short- and long-term goals to improve employee performance.
Recommend policies and initiatives to enhance the company's culture and attract top candidates.
Evaluate existing and new job positions and communicate results to senior management.
Identify reasons why candidates and employees choose to work within the company and recommend improvements in the workplace.
Review job descriptions to positively impact employee retention.
Additional Information:
This is a work-from-home position.
Shift Timing: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Training Period: 10 days with a project.
HR Analyst Internship Duration: 60 days (2 months).
Week Off: Saturday and Sunday.
Training Timing: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Requirements:
Freshers with basic communication skills.
Basic systematic skills needed to handle software.
