3. Time office management, Attrition, Absenteeism analysis.
4. Maintain HR MIS reports (Currently in Excel)
5. Payroll Management: Salary processing through HRMS
6. Maintain Statutory Compliances PF/ESIC/MLWF/PT/Contract Labour
7. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the overall business strategy
8. Employee engagement activities.
9. Floor management- Disciplinary action/warnings/PIP/Termination as required.
10. Labor laws knowledge, coordinate with the labor consultant
11. Handled all Administrative activities.
12. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
13. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Industry - Textiles/Garment
Experience - Ex. Defence/Retired Defence(10 to 15 years experience)
Location - Tronica City, Ghaziabad
Qualification - Graduate OR MBA in HR
Salary - 30k to 45k
Note - Candidate must have own conveyance and from Local Location.
