Job Description

Attending Board Meeting, General Meeting Client Meeting Employee briefing, Meeting with Govt Regulatory Authorities Maintain statutory registers, statutory returns, corporate governance; ensuring the safe custody of petty cash report & accounts &proper use of company seals and company authorized signatory.

Directing the development, implementation, evaluation & modification of operation policies & procedures with optimum resource; Space utilization across various functions, manage multiple functions of building Facility operations and maintenance for a facility, housekeeping, hotel-Guest House Booking, canteen & pantry Operation, catering management.

Procuring and renewal of various government licenses, trade license, Fire License; Lift License; insurance& policies; managing labor law & other regulatory policy compliance, coordinating with organizational grievance system & disciplinary proceedings; ensuring statutory compliances as per Govt. Labor Laws of Shop &Establishment

Responsible for office management and support functions. Direct supervision for HK, Physical Security & Access Control, Office Boys& Drivers. Assist top management in other office support activities as needed.

Representative of ISO audits and Conduct CFA audits and monitoring of KPIs to ensure high service levels quality compliance as per ISO standards like 9001, ,, and .

Leading all activities and monitoring admin work activities like Procurement Management, Facility Management, Physical Security, Vendor Management, Budgeting, Cost Control, etc., Liaising with different vendors for dispatch of items on a timely basis; leases & contracts, vendor negotiation, settlement of SLAs with Legal Team, projects and budgeting;

Assuring optimum utilization of resources and initiating cost saving projects on operation

Monitoring the accounts payable & receivables and assuring timely payment in all matters related to office infrastructure, facilities; AMC of DG, Lift, Water t
