Assignment description:

The organization is looking for an inspiring, dynamic, Administration manager responsible for managing and overseeing the company's day-to-day administrative processes and efforts. The position also requires developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with all Legal, HR, and administrative guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems

• Allocate responsibilities and office space

•• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company

• Manage schedules and deadlines

• Identify process bottlenecks & Offer solutions for improvement

• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

• Oversee facilities services and maintenance

• Organize and supervise other office activities

• Adhere to policies and regulations

• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; designing filing systems; review and approving supply requisitions. Assign and monitor staff functions,

• Responsible for recruiting, onboarding plan as per the role and responsibilities, and training employees

• Responsible for Grievance Handling, Employee Relations

Knowledge about statutory requirements like PF/ESI/ Gratuity is must
