Key Accountabilities:
Salary Preparation.
Handling legal work of government office .As esic office and epf office.
Maintain leave Management and form-12 and leave Register(form-14)
Preparation of Punching Cards and Allocation of Code.
Joining Formalities of Apprentice, Casual, and Temporary.
Distribution of Uniforms to All Employees And Maintenance Of Its Record
Attendance Report To Be Sent To The Concerned Department.
Handling Employee Grievances Related To Time Office.
Wages/ Stipend Distribution Including Salary Slips.
Handling Contractual Manpower.
Handling Cafeteria.
Handling visitors and vendors
Handling Management of office equipment.
Handling all admin work and operation work.
Handling the Regular Records & Development, and Interviews.
ADMINISTRATION:-
Handling the Transporters, Securities Matters, Housekeeping, Attendance, Telephone bill, Stationary, Handling the petty cash
(Purchase tracking and internal distribution), Travel arrangement for officials, pantry, courier, purchase and handling employee’s attendance.)
