Key Accountabilities:

 Salary Preparation.

 Handling legal work of government office .As esic office and epf office.

 Maintain leave Management and form-12 and leave Register(form-14)

 Preparation of Punching Cards and Allocation of Code.

 Joining Formalities of Apprentice, Casual, and Temporary.

 Distribution of Uniforms to All Employees And Maintenance Of Its Record

 Attendance Report To Be Sent To The Concerned Department.

 Handling Employee Grievances Related To Time Office.

 Wages/ Stipend Distribution Including Salary Slips.

 Handling Contractual Manpower.

 Handling Cafeteria.

 Handling visitors and vendors

 Handling Management of office equipment.

 Handling all admin work and operation work.

 Handling the Regular Records & Development, and Interviews.

ADMINISTRATION:-

 Handling the Transporters, Securities Matters, Housekeeping, Attendance, Telephone bill, Stationary, Handling the petty cash

(Purchase tracking and internal distribution), Travel arrangement for officials, pantry, courier, purchase and handling employee’s attendance
