Job Description

* All statutory files maintenance(I e : Labor License, CAR policy, BOCW, Workman compensation policy, form 12 to Form 23 All registers maintenance)

* Submission of Staff Attendance and monthly reports to HO/RO.

* Monthly Preparation of salary statement on monthly basis.

* Preparing form B(PF) Statement on Monthly basis.

* Preparing Wages & Muster Roll on monthly basis.

* Preparing Sub-Contractor bill on monthly basis.

* Preparing Advances & Cumulative statement of subcontractors on monthly basis.

* Checking and Preparing all the bills related to admin and welfare (vehicles bill, drinking water, security, meals bills, Accommodation, etc.) Submitted to RO,

* Collecting Quotations of admin related work.
