Job Title: HR Admin Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a competent HR Admin Manager to oversee and manage the administrative functions of our HR department. The HR Admin Manager will be responsible for handling a variety of HR-related tasks and ensuring smooth operations of administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the daily activities of the HR administrative team.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires.

Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data.

Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely processing of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.

Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

Maintain confidentiality of HR information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency in HR operations.
