Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-

 Recruitment – Complete knowledge on hiring process for qualified job candidates,

particularly for managerial, specialised, and expert positions.

 Complete Knowledge on hiring process of labour workers skilled, unskilled, Machine

operators and technical staff.

 Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for

open positions.

 Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local

employment laws, regulations.

 Knowledge on Complete statutory and legal operation as per factory act, factory

compliances and state regulatory

 Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving

employees

 Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team

restructuring and morale boosting

 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,

motivation and preservation of human capital

 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

 Handle and Maintain payroll management plan and benefits program

 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

 Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

 Conducting performance and wage reviews.

 Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all

positions

 Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by

studying and assessing benefit needs and trends

 Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system

and keeping past and current records.

 Maintaining employee and workplace privacy

 Knowledge on handing complete Administrative work within and outside factory.

 Knowledge on conducting audits and handling the departmental work.

Skills required:-

 10th & 12th from CBSE
