Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately and address employee payroll queries promptly.
Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance team morale, manage employee events, and foster a supportive workplace.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, track attendance and leaves, and support compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 2–4 years in HR, with expertise in hiring, payroll, and engagement.
Skills: Strong organization, excellent communication, and a positive, people-oriented attitude.
