Currently we are looking for candidate as a HR - Admin executive. We are in to healthcare industry and located at Navrangpura.

Attendance records maintenance

Recruitment of staff as per requirement

Maintenance of all CV 's in proper files

Maintenance of training records with signatures of MD

Daily premises round of each floor

Maintain floor wise complaint register

Ensure fire safety measures are in place with upto date knowledge of fire safety measures

Thorough induction of every new joinee including fire safety, CPR and Infection control training

Knowledge of Infection control and CPR with ability to give training when instructed

Labelling of all files

Assist in cashless data when needed

Maintenance of employee records

ESIC, and all legal provisions records of employees

Maintenance and updating of SOPs

Emergency duty list maintenance and allotment

Ensure smooth functioning of centre
