Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Human Resources Executive to oversee our organization's HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative work, recruitment, managing employee relations, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks. The Human Resources Executive will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees to ensure they have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Handle facilitation and administration
- Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external HR vendors and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with experience in administrative work, recruitment, managing employee relations, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
