Job Description:
• Handle reception area. Calls management - Provide telephone coverage – answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executive’s whereabouts at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.
• Filing and Documentation assigned by Reporting Manager and HOD.
• Daily Attendance Mail generation.
• Courier / PODs and Other adhoc Admin Activities as required. Maintain record of the same.
• Maintain calendars – arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling and HR Coordination assigned by Reporting Manager and HOD.
• Recruitment, payroll, Preparation of salary slip, Coordination in new Joiner and Exit – As and when required.
• Leave record at reception area
• Salary Chart Filing on monthly basis & creating Pay slip on tally.
• Coordination in any festival decoration and arrangements.
• Keep maintaining entries of new visitors, director’s guest notes and Office boys outdoor duty reports.
• Maintaining Stationary and assign stationary to the new joiners.
• Helping in Statutory Compliance
