Role Description/Responsibilities
Managing reception of the Company
Responsible for Cafeteria, House Keeping, Stationery, Tour & Travel.
Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them.
To collect the quotations from various vendors & contractors and to make the comparative sheets & placing Purchase Order.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Handling EPBAX Systems.
Maintaining Inward and outward register of courier, documents, bills etc.
Answering all incoming telephone calls.
Arranging / coordinating travel requirements of company persons.
Handling day to day operation like Office Mgmt., Cafeteria Mgmt., Housekeeping Mgmt., Vendor Mgmt.
Handling recruitment process.
Handling formalities of appointment.
Preparing relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per requirement.
Compile and update employee records / salaries.
Maintaining attendance and leave records / personal file maintenance.
Handling Full & Final settlement or employees.
Handling policies like Mediclaim Insurance.
