Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources:
Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting, job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate and timely information.
Performing reference and background checks.
Assist in on-boarding new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required documentation.
Effectively dealing with all the employee grievances by informing the management about all the employee needs.
Help in organizing employee training programs and workshops.
Support in employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and communication efforts.
Assist with payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.
2. Administration:
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Support in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate Office maintenance and repairs as necessary.
3. Book Keeping and Accountancy:
Fluency in Microsoft excel and Tally software for maintaining records, bookkeeping, and Financial accounting.
Petty cash and Vendor Management
Preparation of Petty Cash book on weekly basis and monthly expenses sheet.
Preparing the GST, TDS and Professional Tax forms for monthly filling.
Input financial data into Tally, including invoices, expenses, and receipts.
Reconcile financial discrepancies and assist in preparing financial reports.
Coordinating with the Auditors and the consultants for Accounts and expenses management.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Finance.
Proficiency in using Tally software for accounting and financial management.
