Shortlist Candidates and follow up the selection procedure
Scheduling Conducting and co-ordinate Interviews
Salary Negotiation
Prepare employment offer/Appointment letter & CTC Structure
2)Joining of New Employees
Ensure joining of candidates on mentioned date.
Ensuring documents as per checklist of new joiners.
Background verification of new joined if required (Trying to make it mandatory)
Induction & Orientation of New Joined.
3)Employee Grievances Handling
Take care of Employee grievances.
Related to
PF/ ESIC/ Medical Insurance
Attendance & Leaves
Salary & Overtime
Shoe, Uniforms & other welfare facilities like Drinking water, canteen, Changing rooms, etc
4)Statutory Compliances
Compliances related to PF/ESIC/LWF
Prepare monthly/ yearly returns
E filing of PF / ESIC/ LWF returns
Enrolment of new joining on PF/ESIC Portal
Solving issues of employees related to statutory compliances.
Ensuring that each employee enrolled under ESI has a ESI Smart card
Guiding employees to avail the facilities of PF, LWF, ESI & Med Claim.
5)Exit Formalities.
Ensuring clearance from all dept.
Collecting company assets if any
Issuing relieving letters.
Cancelling registration under PF & ESI
6)Full & Final Settlement.
Payment of Bonus/ Gratuity/ Leave encashment.
Guiding in withdrawal of PF
Deduction of (If Any)
Advances
Uniform /Shoes/
Penalties (If Any) / Expenses not given while on site
7)Discipline
Maintaining proper discipline at work place
Ensuring Uniform Shoe ID is maintained
Ensuring time attendance at workplace
