Job Title: Junior Laboratory Machine Handler (Including HPLC)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Laboratory Machine Handler to assist our pharmaceutical laboratory team in the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, with a focus on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) instruments. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of our pharmaceutical analysis and research processes. Key responsibilities include:

Machine Operation: Proficiently operate and maintain laboratory machinery, including HPLC systems, following established protocols and procedures.

HPLC Analysis: Prepare samples, set up, and conduct HPLC analyses accurately, ensuring data integrity and adherence to quality standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, including HPLC instruments, to ensure optimal performance.

Data Management: Record and document experimental results, maintain detailed laboratory records, and assist in data analysis.

Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe laboratory environment.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and reagents, reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to support ongoing experiments, method development, and research projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (chemistry, biology, etc.) or equivalent laboratory experience.

Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and a specific interest or experience in operating HPLC systems.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow analytical methods accurately.

Familiarity with laboratory safety practices and protocols.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new laboratory technologies and techniques.
