FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILTIES:
 Responsible to supervise the functions of the department employees, facilities, operations and cost on a day- to-day basis.
 Responsible to monitors and to control, on an on-going basis:
a) Quality levels of products and services.
b) Ensuring Guest satisfaction.
c) Ensuring sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene of the entire area under his purview.
d) Ensuring optimum performance in specific jobs assigned to him.
e) Complying with laid down systems and procedure.
f) Ensuring ��Q�� Management is followed.
 Responsible to assist the Duty Manager in setting targets/ goals for the department and make a constant effort to achieve the same.
 Responsible for minimizing transaction time and to introduce new techniques of productive selling thus maximizing sales.
 Responsible for conducting employee orientation for all new joinees and staff trainings for all existing employees on a regular basis to ensure appropriate staffing and increased productivity
 Responsible for Liasioning with the Duty Manager for operational decisions and such factors as:
a) Re-ordering quantity.
b) Promotions.
c) Competition and trend analysis.
 Responsible for monitoring and minimizing departmental costs.
 Responsible for maintaining minimum stock levels of all items and should participate in inventories (Stock Take) on daily/weekly basis.
 Responsible for ensuring proper hand-over and take-over during shift change.
