Key responsibilities
1) Staff Supervision: Leading and managing a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and standards.
2) Cleaning Standards: Ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
3) Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities. Coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure a consistent supply of necessary items.
4) Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure that they meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.
5) Guest Satisfaction: Responding promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints related to housekeeping services. Taking appropriate actions to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
