Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas within the guest house. This includes cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking rooms to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
�� Room Cleaning:
o Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed.
o Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
o Vacuum and mop floors.
o Dust furniture and fixtures.
o Empty trash cans and replace liners.
o Restock supplies, such as toiletries and stationery.
�� Public Area Cleaning:
o Clean and sanitize public areas, such as living areas.
o Sweep and mop floors.
o Dust furniture and fixtures.
o Empty trash cans and replace liners.
�� Laundry:
o Collect and sort dirty linens.
o Wash, dry, and fold linens according to company standards.
o Distribute clean linens to appropriate areas.
�� Other Duties:
o Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
o Follow all safety and security procedures.
o Adhere to company policies and procedures.
o Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
