Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.
Linen and Laundry:
Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities as per requirements.
Manage and track linen usage and send items for laundry when necessary.
Guest Services:
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
Inventory Management:
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissue, and towels.
Report low stock levels or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
Safety and Hygiene:
Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper disposal of waste.
Ensure rooms and public areas are sanitized as per standards.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments for smooth operations.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Required Qualifications:.
Prior experience in housekeeping.
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
