Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and oversee housekeeping staff at the Villa on daily basis.
Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
Schedule weekly off days and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
Participate in large cleaning projects as required.
Performs cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.
Ensure compliance with safety in all areas
Maintain inventory list of cleaning products and ensure adequate supplies. Select and purchases new supplies when required.
Issue supplies from the stock to the housekeeping staff when required
Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
To demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment like vacuum cleaners, steam iron, washing machine, dish washer etc. when required to the housekeeping staff.
Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of household equipment, and makes recommendations to management.
Establish good relationship and ethics with the household workers.
