As a Housekeeping Staff Member, you��ll play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are clean, sanitary, and inviting for our guests and residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and sanitizing all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and office spaces, according to established standards.
Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Changing linens and making beds to provide fresh and comfortable accommodations.
Replenishing amenities such as toiletries, towels, and tissues to ensure guests�� needs are met.
Removing trash and disposing of waste in accordance with safety guidelines.
Inspecting rooms and reporting any maintenance issues or damages for prompt resolution.
Adhering to safety protocols and using cleaning agents and equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Providing exceptional customer service by responding to guests�� requests and inquiries courteously and promptly.
Upholding confidentiality and respecting guests�� privacy at all times.
Ideal candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
