Reporting issues: Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, and broken appliances to the maintenance department.
Following regulations: Follow health and safety regulations and respect guest privacy.
Responding to guests: Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Laundry: Give wash towels, linens and other if any apparels for laundry service.
Other responsibilities of a resort housekeeper include: Emptying trash bins, Picking up and returning valet laundry items, Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts, and Upholding the hotel's confidentiality and security standards.
