1. Graduation degree in any field (in any discipline preferably Hospitality).
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a 5/4-star hotel or in a big corporate house.
3. Experience in up gradation and implementation of housekeeping standards and processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
