Checking private and public area for tidiness.
To handle guest concerns and react quickly.
Assign guest room and common area to Housekeeping staff.

Good Knowledge of Menu and Peresentation Standard.
Assist guest with table reservation.
Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions the length of wait and
product availability.
Ensure guest are serviced within specified time.
Set table according to type of event and service standard.
Restaurant opening and closing Inventory
Guest billing.
Breakfast lunch and dinner quality,
Stewards training schedule, Duty roster.

Daily sale reports of restaurant.
