Job Description

Cleaning and setting tables: This involves arranging tables, placing seasonal decorations, candles, and tablecloths.

Welcoming customers: Greeting guests, seating them, serving water, refilling glasses, and delivering beverages from the bartender.

Keeping menus clean: Ensuring menus are presentable for customers.

Clearing tables: Preparing tables for the next set of customers.

Assisting in cleaning: Participating in opening and closing tasks.

Kitchen Support:

Dishwashing: Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing them, and putting them away.

Stocking wait staff stations: Providing napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments to assist wait staff during service.

Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing: Keeping the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment clean.

Transporting used linen: Moving used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section.

Unloading and storing stock: Handling food and beverage supplies.
