Job Description

Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, the successful candidate will need to be results driven and focused on targets, and dynamic self starter with a proven ability to achieve high call volume and conversion through field work. Qualities of drive and enthusiasm along with strong attention to detail are also required. The individual should possess a fluent level of spoken and written English with experience of working as part of a team. Field work is an essential part of this position and own vehicle is necessary.

Achieving weekly and monthly call volumes and revenue targets

Creating, analyzing and managing Sales reports

Relationship management and Business Development

Achieving quality proactive and reactive sales calls

Daily field work and meetings on site at clients offices

Managing the sales database – current and new clients

Manage and further develop all facets of Social Media activities

Capitalise on developments in local and national market

Complete Show arounds and meetings with potential clients on site

Creating PR opportunities through both on-line and off-line channels

Generate ideas to enhance the current hotel services and improve

Utilise guest feedback, developing services and procedures to enhance guest experience

Maximise hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by ensuring accurate and effective processing of accommodation and conference bookings

Maintain effective correspondence with sales team and clients

Represent the Hotel at trade shows/ conferences etc

Assist in re-positioning Surya Palace as a leading business in the hotel sector in Noida

Achieve marketing and sales objectives;

To develop and manage the sales team to set and achieve and deliver budgetary targets;

Design, execute and evaluate long term and short-term integrated marketing and sales campaigns

Identifies and maximise sales and marketing opportunities;

Improves product marketability and profitability;

Advise and develop strategies on media and public relations, advertising, externa
