job Description:-

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.

Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and room amenities.

Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.

Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Handle reservations and booking requests via phone, email, and in person.

Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and transactions.

Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.

Uphold hotel policies and procedures regarding guest interactions and confidentiality.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
