Job description

We are currently hiring Hotel Manager for Purnia, Bihar.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Grow net revenue in the market by producing business plans to achieve revenue goals, ensuring inventory levels, initiating and conducting weekly and monthly review meetings.

Know how to keep the hotel always in clean and hygiene condition.

The manager should have prior thorough experience and control over OTA Management Skills and be competent enough to make changes based on occupancy.

Have experience of minimum 5 years.

The candidate must have pleasing and dynamic personality with excellent communication skills.

Have knowledge of HR and staff recruitment. Can recruit manpower / staff - like house keeping, waiter, receptionists, driver, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be capable of managing highest level of guest satisfaction thus ensuring minimum unhappy percentage.

Candidate must be an able team leader, a good motivator.
