4. Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
5. Manage on- going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
